Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% happy with your order. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ve made it super easy for you to return your order to us.
By completing your order, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions
outlined in our return policy below. For any further inquiries or to initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@tackandtailhorse.com prior to returning your item.
Please note the following conditions apply:

For change of mind purchases, shipping will be deducted from your return total once received and processed. For faulty items this will be refunded in full where all items from your order have been returned.
Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your parcel for a refund or store credit. Store credits are valid for 12 months.
Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags attached. Please ensure that returned items are free of makeup, scents, marks or any signs of wear. We are unable to accept any items that are not in resalable condition.
We kindly request you try on your items after you have showered to avoid any chance of transferring make up or scents to the garment. This helps ensure your items are in resalable condition should you wish to return or exchange.
All refunds are issued to the payment method used for the order. If a Gift Card/Store Credit was used, the refund will be processed back to the same method.
SALE – Items on sale or clearance can be exchanged for a different size, if one is available or returned for store credit only, unless deemed faulty by us.
Gift Cards – Gift Cards are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and are issued in AUD. Vouchers purchased on our website can be redeemed both online or in person attrade stands.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at info@tackandtailhorse.com with your order details and what you would like to exchange for. We will confirm the size/item is in stock and put it aside for you so you don’t miss out.
Faulty Goods
If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us straight away at info@tackandtailhorse.com with your order details, a description of the fault and photos of the issue. Please advise whether you would like a refund or exchange. Faulty items will be assessed and, if confirmed as faulty, will be accepted for return.
International Customers
In addition to the Terms and Conditions above, please note: subject to our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation, international returns cannot be accepted where the value of the items being returned in one shipment is over $1000. Please ship the items separately, as we are not responsible to pay duties to receive the goods. If there is a charge, it may be deducted from your return.
